• Orders received before 1pm will be shipped within 2 working days. If your order is received after 1pm your order will be shipped within 3 working days. For example, if you place an order on Monday before 1pm it will be shipped on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.
• We deliver using the following couriers: UPS, DHL, DPD and Parcelforce. Currently, we only ship within the UK.
• All deliveries require a signature.
• Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
• If you would like a specific AM delivery slot this can be arranged for an extra charge, please contact us to arrange.
• If you would like a Saturday delivery slot this can be arranged for an extra charge, please contact us to arrange.
• We cannot deliver on a Sunday.
• If you wish, you can collect from us. We are based in Warwick, Warwickshire. You can choose collection at checkout.
