- All hire bookings start the date that your equipment arrives. Once you have placed your order and we have processed your order, you will receive an email with delivery tracking details.
- Orders received before 1pm will be shipped 2 working days later. If your order is received after 1pm your order will be shipped 3 working days later. For example, if you place an order on Monday before 1pm it will be shipped on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.
- We deliver using the following couriers: TNT, DHL, DPD and Parcelforce. Currently, we only ship within the UK.
- All deliveries require a signature.
- Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
- If you would like a specific AM delivery slot this can be arranged for an extra charge, please select at checkout.
- If you would like a Saturday delivery slot this can be arranged for an extra charge, please select at checkout.
- We cannot deliver on a Sunday.
- If you wish, you can collect from us. We are based in Warwick, Warwickshire. You can choose collection at checkout.
- For shop orders, provided that your entire order is in stock, orders are usually shipped within three to five business days of receiving your order, except for holiday or busy periods.
